Our Mission: Promotion of health and Wellness in the Bitterroot Valley with a family oriented event. Net proceeds from these events help support local nonprofit organizations.
Sponsorship Levels
These are general guidelines. We gratefully accept contributions of any level and will work with your organization to provide adequate recognition and promotional consideration for your contributions.
Platinum Sponsor Level $1,250.00- Exclusive
- Same as Gold but with industry exclusive promotion. First come first awarded. Pre-existing sponsors in other levels will not be dropped.
Gold Sponsor Level $750.00-$1,249.00 (cash sponsor)
- Logo prominently displayed on race jersey, website, most printed materials where possible.
- Sponsor provided banners can be hung at the venue by the sponsor.
- Logo prominently displayed at racers registration and awards ceremony.
- Sponsors mentioned throughout the event and at awards ceremony.
- Opportunity to provide promotional materials and giveaways in athlete race packet.
- Promotion in both the Bitterroot Classic Triathlon and the Lake Como Triathlon.
Silver Sponsor Level $500-$749.00 (cash sponsor)
- Name listed on race jersey, website, most printed materials where possible and racers video if applicable.
- Sponsor provided banners can be hung at the venue by the sponsor.
- Name listed at racers registration and awards ceremony.
- Sponsors mentioned throughout the event and at awards ceremony.
- Opportunity to provide promotional materials and giveaways in athlete race packet.
Bronze Sponsor Level $250.00-$499.00 (cash or materials)
- Name listed on website, most printed materials where possible.
- Event Site - Sponsor provided banners are displayed at the bike transition area.
- Name listed at racers registration and awards ceremony.
- Opportunity to provide promotional materials and giveaways in athlete race packet.
White Sponsor Level-Up to $250.00
- Opportunity to provide promotional materials and giveaways in athlete race packet.
- Sponsor information displayed on our sponsors page of the website.
Vendor Space - $250 cash
- Vendors will have a designated location on the south side of the event field. Power is supplied by the vendor, not included in the fee.
